Constantin Rühland,born in 1976 in Berlin, is qualified as a German Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney and is admitted to the European Community Trademark Office in Alicante (OHIM).
He studied engineering at the Technical University Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig and received a master's degree in engineering in 2003. In the same year he began his training as a patent attorney in the firm. He continued his education at the Lower District Court in Düsseldorf, the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and in the German Federal Patent Court (BPATG). He qualified as a European Patent Attorney and as a German Patent Attorney in 2007. He became a partner of the firm in 2008. He is member of the Chamber of German Patent Attorneys (Patentanwaltskammer) and the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi). Additionally, he is a tutor for the studygroup of trainee patent attorneys. His special interests are mechanical engineering, in particular power engineering, nuclear technology, power plant engineering, plant engineering and construction, and process engineering. |
